- Basically a Wide Weight Disk with a more central weight distribution (due to thicker central parts and being slightly less wide aside from the Attack Points) and additional recoil.
- While it is heavier, the more even weight distribution versus Wide makes it arguably worse still, as it fails to be close enough to even a Balance Weight Disk to have use in setups that make use of those.
- Completely useless, outclassed by numerous other Weight Disks, especially Ten Wide and Wide Defense, with even Ten Balance being a better option in all situations.
